PROMOTIONAL OFFER 50% CHEAPER (LETT MARKOWSKA)
    1. The promotional offer is valid from April 18th till May 31st, 2024.
    2. The promotional offer can be used by adults after meeting the owner's criteria, i.e. after passing a positive verification made via the Simpl.rent website, who will conclude a lease agreement for a residential apartment in the Lett Markowska investment located in Warsaw at ul. Markowska 5 and 5a. 3. The condition for taking advantage of the promotional offer is the conclusion of a lease agreement for a residential premises in the Lett Markowska investment until May 31st, 2024, for a period of not less than 12 months.
    4. As part of the promotion, the tenant who meets the conditions set out in point 2 above may take advantage of the following offer: reduction of the monthly rent (specified in point 1.10.1 of the agreement) of the last month of the lease agreement by 50% (i.e. 50% cheaper). Other fees related to the lease of the rented premises still apply on the terms specified in the Lease Agreement. Additionally, the tenant will receive a gift card worth PLN 60 to use on the Netflix platform and additional equipment for the apartment (broom, dustpan, mop, ironing board, laundry hanger, kettle).
    5. The promotional offers indicated in point 4 cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.
    6. The organizer of the promotion is TALONELLO INVESTMENTS SP. Z O.O. with its registered office in Warsaw (00-839) at ul. Towarowa 28, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw in Warsaw, 13th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number: 0000916731.
PROMOTIONAL OFFER – APRIL FREE OF CHARGE (LETT MARKOWSKA)
    1. The promotional offer is valid from March 19th to April 30th, 2024.
    2. The promotional offer can be used by adults after meeting the owner's criteria, i.e. after passing a positive verification made via the Simpl.rent website, who will conclude a lease agreement for a residential apartment in the Lett Markowska investment located in Warsaw at ul. Markowska 5 and 5a.
    3. The condition for taking advantage of the promotional offer is the conclusion of a lease agreement for a residential premises in the Lett Markowska investment for a period of not less than 12 months.
    4. As part of the promotion, the tenant who meets the conditions set out in point 2 above may take advantage of the following offer: reduction of the first full month rent (specified in point 1.10.1 of the agreement) of the rent for the apartment for April 2024 (in the case of signing a contract starting between April 15th and April 30th 2024) to 1 pln gross (i.e. April for free). Other fees related to the lease of the rented premises still apply on the terms specified in the Lease Agreement. Additionally, the tenant will receive a gift card worth PLN 60 to use on the Netflix platform and additional equipment for the apartment (broom, dustpan, mop, ironing board, laundry hanger).

RECOMMENDATION PROGRAMME REGULATIONS “RECOMMEND A FRIEND”
    Section 1 – General Provisions
    1. These Regulations (hereinafter referred to as the “Regulations”) define the terms and conditions of the recommendation programme conducted under the name of “Recommend a friend”, within the framework of renting apartments in the investments of Bemowo Propco, Parkur Propco and Talonello Investments located at ul. Kłobucka 25, Orlińskiego 3 and 3a, Markowska 5 and 5a and Brzeska 8, and called Lett Kłobucka, Lett Lazurowa and Lett Markowska (“Apartments”) (“Programme”).
    2. The Organizers of the Programme are: Bemowo Propco Sp. z o.o., ul. Towarowa 28, 00-839 Warszawa KRS: 0000875874, NIP:5272945438, Parkur Propco Sp. z o.o., ul. Towarowa 28, 00-839 Warszawa KRS: 0000878005, NIP: 5272947041 and Talonello Investments Sp. z o.o., ul. Towarowa 28, 00-839 Warszawa KRS: 0000916731, NIP: 5272969166 (jointly referred to as „Organizer”).
    3. The content of these Regulations is available on www.lett.pl webpage.

    Section 2 – Term of the Programme
    1. Recommendation Programme “Recommend a friend” is valid from 28.03.2024 until 30.09.2024.
    2. If the Programme is cancelled, the information concerning the cancellation will be announced by the Organizer on the following website: www.lett.pl.

    Section 3 – Programme Rules
    1. The Programme participant may be a natural person living in the Apartments and meeting the terms and conditions set out in the Regulations (“Programme Participant” / “Participant”).
    2. The Programme consists in a one-off reduction of the monthly fee for renting an apartment in the Apartments by PLN 400 (in words: four hundred zlotys), applicable the resident who referred the applicant rental of one of the Apartments located in one of the Owner’s Apartments.
    3. In order to participate in the Programme, the Participant must meet the following conditions:
    a. the Participant has the status of a resident of the Apartments, i.e. concludes with the Organizer a relevant lease agreement for an apartment in one of the Lett investments (Lett Lazurowa, Lett Kłobucka or Lett Markowska) and
    b. the Participant recommends a place in one of the Lett Apartments to any natural person
    c. the person to whom the Participant recommended a place in the Apartments signs a lease agreement for any Apartment in any Lett investment for a minimum period of 12 months,
    d. the Participant provides the Organizer with information about the recommendation of a place in the Apartments to a given person referred to in point c above. Information should be sent by e-mail to the following address: [email protected]. The Participant’s electronic address used to provide the information and consent (if applicable) indicated in the previous sentence should be the same address as the address provided when the Participant signed the lease agreement. In order to identify the Participant, the information referred to in this point d should include first name and surname of the Participant as well as the person recommended by the Participant. The information must be provided to the Organizer before signing the rental agreement by the person recommended by the Participant.
    4. The monthly rent is reduced if the provisions set forth in the Regulations are met. The monthly rent is reduced at the beginning of the month after the month in which a person recommended by the Participant signs a lease agreement for a room in the Apartments.
    5. The Participant may recommend an unlimited number of people, and for each such recommendation, provided that the provisions set forth in the Regulations are met, the Participant will receive further, one- off rent reductions, each time for the amount equivalent to PLN 400.

    Section 4 – Final Provisions
    1. The Regulations enter into force on 28.03.2024 and apply for the duration of the Programme.
    2. The Participant is obliged to familiarize themselves with the content of the Regulations. Joining the Programme means the acknowledgement and acceptance of the terms and conditions of the Regulations.
    3. The Programme Organizer reserves the right to amend the Regulations of the Programme. In the event of an amendment to the Regulations, the Organizer will make the consolidated text of the Regulations available by publishing it on the following website: www.lett.pl. The amendment to the Regulations does not affect orders placed under the Programme before the amendment is made.
    4. In matters not regulated by the Regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code apply, as well as other generally applicable provisions of law.
    5. Any disputes between the Programme Organizer and the Programme Participant will be settled by a competent common court.
