The 2-room apartment has separate bedroom and spacious living area which makes everyday living more convenient.

Large windows bring natural light to the apartment and balcony can be used as extra room during summertime.

The kitchen has modern look with grey cabin doors and stone patterned counter. Kitchen is equipment with quality appliances (oven, cooker, fridge-freezer combination, dishwasher) which makes cooking a joy.

Lett offers fixed rental price for the entire duration of the tenancy agreement. The rental price include the administrative fee. Additionally, you are asked to pay the advance payment for the media usage or invoices based on real media consumption as per the media readings.

The rental agreements are concluded for 12 months.
